Our Brand Story

After 25 years of service in the Navy, Desert Storm Vet, Law Enforcement, now a Retired Lieutenant, we were looking to explore BBQ & catering. With friends, we built our own smoker & purchased a used trailer to sell from. It wasn't easy, but my wife made me push through it. Since then, our community stuck by us & we've grown as a business extremely fast.
